ontheblack: I agree! I don’t see the point in rushing him back for the point of him playing on Opening Day, as if that magically puts the Mets in the playoffs. I’d rather let him return when he’s ready, and in a way that allows him to play the maximum number of games throughout the season, and not just next week because The New York Post is trying to sell newspapers.
